As a certified life coach (CLPC), I am dedicated to helping individuals take control of their thoughts and become more self-aware. My business tagline, #MindYourMind, reflects my focus on guiding individuals to explore their thoughts, why they have them, and whether they are benefiting their lives and desires. Through this approach, I help my clients confront their thoughts and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Having witnessed the debilitating effects of mental illness on my family, particularly my mother's struggles with it, I understand firsthand how unresolved issues can impact one's well-being. My mother's inability to raise me and my siblings due to mental illness propelled me to become a mental health coach, determined to help others overcome similar challenges.

Louisa57 is a project that is very close to my heart, as it is dedicated to the memory of my mother, Laverne Louise Clark. Despite my mother's challenges, I have fond memories of her love, life, tenacity, and spunk. Laverne's struggles prevented her from being able to raise her children, which resulted in me and my siblings enduring additional trauma while being raised by other family members, some of whom were in foster care. After reuniting with my mother and becoming a valuable part of her mental care team, Laverne passed away while living in a mental health facility four years later. Louisa57 is dedicated to Laverne to honor her legacy, as she was a few months shy of turning 57 years of age.

In addition to my work with Mind Your Mind and Louisa57, I am also a FOREX expert and have created a course that helps individuals master the foundational concepts of FOREX. I have helped create FOREX MindMasters who have gone on to start their own successful businesses in the field. I am also passionate about supporting youth entrepreneurs and believe in educating young people about finances and business concepts to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, as well as certification as a life coach and a certificate in Organizational Development. My many years of volunteer work with a variety of organizations have also equipped me with the skills to effectively build relationships and support causes. With my passion, experience, and education, I empower my clients to take control of their thoughts, achieve their goals, and live their best lives.
