Honoring a Legacy: The Story Behind Louisa57

Louisa57: Mind Your Mind is a tribute to Laverne Louise Clark, a woman who lived with love, tenacity, and spunk, but was also plagued with mental health challenges due to family trauma. Unfortunately, Laverne was unable to raise her four children due to her struggles, and they each have their own stories of additional trauma and challenges they faced growing up.
Catrina Clark, Laverne's oldest child, was eventually reunited with her mother and became an important part of her mental health care team. It was during this time, while Catrina was raising her own teenage daughter, that Laverne passed away at the age of 56, after spending time in a mental health facility.
Louisa57 Mind Your Mind is a legacy created to honor Laverne, who was just a few months shy of her 57th birthday. Our mission is to support and guide individuals on their own personal journeys towards mental health and well-being. Through our one-on-one and group coaching services, we strive to help individuals develop the skills and strategies to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential.
We understand the impact that family trauma and mental health challenges can have on individuals and their loved ones, and we are dedicated to providing compassionate, non-judgmental support to those who seek our services. Our team of trained professionals is committed to carrying on Laverne's legacy by helping individuals mind their minds and live their best lives.
